👋 Hello there !
My name is Vatsal, and I work at TrendMicro as a Senior UX Designer. I'm currently researching complex legacy systems to curate designs for a unified Hybrid-cloud security product. With a Masters Degree in UXD from the University of Toronto, I have been advocating for users, while working collaboratively with product managers, designers, researchers, and developers for over 7 years. Driven by empathy and curiosity, I encourage and inspire businesses to think differently and help create simple and effective solutions to complex problems.
Before my journey into UX, I completed my Bachelor of Technology with a concentration in Information Technology from India. My education in both Technology and Design has helped me develop a multi-disciplinary skill-set that integrates the "whys" of the business, the intricacies of the design and the technical know-how to create more intuitive, engaging and everlasting experiences. I believe this amalgamation of thought processes helps me to view a problem statement from multiple perspectives.
